Learn the Trick of Losing Weight While You Sleep

 We usually think that the gym is the best place to lose some weight, or maybe in the kitchen, by regulating your meals. But few of us are aware that it is inside our bedroom that we could trim down even with our eyes closed. 



The best method for reducing calorie intake, based on experts from Salk Institute, is by sleeping rather than undertaking any other activity. 

Here are the techniques to lose weight even while sleeping:


1. Eat Small

It is best to eat small portions for dinner at an earlier time. If possible, don’t eat anything past 8 P.M. or earlier than that.

Stop watching TV or turnoff electronic devices to have better sleep. 

2. Drink Tea

Sip on a cup of tea, such as peppermint, valerian, and chamomile, before going to bed. 

3. Eat Meats

Meats contain tryptophan which is an amino acid that can help induce sleep. 

4. Have Fiber

Have at least 20 grams of insoluble fiber daily for this aids in the conversion of serotonin to melatonin.

5. Eat Whole Grains

Whole grains are good sources of serotonin. This hormone is converted to melatonin that could improve the quality of sleep.
