This Amazing 1-Herb Tea May Help Fight Off Tumors with Every Sip

Parsley is a herb that can be found in a wide variety of dishes, where it is most commonly used as a garnish. It has a very mild flavor and is frequently used to neutralize stronger flavors such as garlic or oregano. It has also been widely recognized for its medicinal properties throughout history.

However, despite the herb’s widespread use for it’s flavorful, medicinal and nutritional properties, it is not very commonly used in tea. I find this surprising as most popular herbs, especially ones with as many beneficial properties as parsley, are widely used in teas, as it is one of the most straightforward and effective methods of consuming them.

This is why I thought it would be a good idea to share with you the recipe for an incredibly healthy parsley tea. But before I show you how to make it, first I’ll tell you about all of the incredible health benefits of parsley.

Parsley Tea Benefits

Tumor Prevention

A component of parsley called “Myristicin” has been found to be effective at inhibiting the growth of tumors. A study conducted on the effect of parsley leaf oil on tumor growth in mice found that myristicin was effective at reducing both the spread and growth of tumors in the stomach and lungs.

The study found that mice treated with parsley leaf oil had their tumor multiplicity inhibited by 65{30e6b8360db511af0e1f77984c542ff30ea10c4b009d596ff6d5f40eac675d71} in the lungs and 31{30e6b8360db511af0e1f77984c542ff30ea10c4b009d596ff6d5f40eac675d71} in the fore-stomach. Researchers have come to the conclusion that myristicin may be an effective chemopreventive agent.

Treats Nerve Damage

Parsley juice was found to be an effective agent for improving symptoms caused by neurotoxicity. A study was conducted on the effects of parsley juice on mice who had gone through chronic cadmium administration and were experiencing behavioral, biochemical and histopathological abnormalities.

Researchers found that mice with cadmium poisoning that were treated with parsley juice showed significant improvement in behavioral changes and that it provided beneficial antioxidant effects.

In conclusion, researchers found that low doses of parsley showed having beneficial effects associated with treatment for cadmium poisoning, including improving behavior, neurotransmitter levels, oxidative stress and the efficacy of brain neurons.

Reduce Inflammation

Inflammation is one of the most common causes of joint pain and related conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Parsley is rich in vitamin C, making it an incredibly beneficial herb to treat these problems.

This is because vitamin C has been found to be effective at reducing inflammation, as researchers have found that vitamin C supplements lower levels of CRP (c-reactive protein) which is a well-known inflammatory marker.
